Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Bilingual Mandarin Chinese or Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Health Insurance.
Our office is located in Mountain View.
Our office is open 9:00 AM -5:00 PM.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
We have 55 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Additional languages spoken: Cantonese and Mandarin
